Lubbock PD's finest civilian assaults a Registered Person during the act of registration

The registry should be abolished, and this incident is proof that Registered Persons are subject to abuse even at the local registry office.

All Cops Are Bullies (ACAB)

I’ve cussed out a registration pig or two over the years, as well as a scumbag US Marshal who still never got to enter my house without a warrant. Stand up to them, NEVER let them intimidate you.

His last name may be Hy but he goes low: Crooked Buffalo NY cop gets prison VFW post shut down

The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) had created Post 12226 inside of Sterling CF. It was an opportunity for veterans currently serving time to find a way to serve their communities despite their pasts. As noted on the VFW website, “The Post hopes to serve as an example for other prisons across the country, which could create a boon for VFW membership. “We are the pilot program setting the model for all future Posts formed inside any other prison around the country,” said Post Commander Tom Stewart, a Navy vet who served aboard the USS Tripoli during Operation Vigilant Warrior in the mid-1990s. The decision to grant the Post’s charter was not without controversy. “Some have a hard time seeing incarcerated people as veterans,” said Stewart, who has been incarcerated for 19 years. “We must change that paradigm. We must show we can be better than our mistakes.” (“‘We Can Be Better Than Our Mistakes’” VFW, 8/27/24, https://www.vfw.org/media-and-events/latest-releases/archives/2024/8/we-can-be-better-than-our-mistakes) The VFW even ranked Post 12226 among the best in the nation; they even held successful fundraisers within prison walls.

Enter Richard Hy, a controversial and corrupt officer with the Buffalo PD. Hy, a 37-year-old detective with the Buffalo PD and an Army reservist who has completed two combat deployments. Though Hy has been banned by TikTok and blacklisted on Facebook, he runs the controversial YouTube channel Angry Cops in which he delivers military and law enforcement news through a barrage of shouted insults, crude humor, and belligerent mockery.

A report from the NY Attorney General's Law Enforcement Misconduct Investigative Office from 2024 found that Hy “engaged in a pattern of misconduct of escalating encounters with civilians, including by using physical force, discourtesy, and unprofessional conduct” and suggested that the Buffalo PD should create a plan to monitor Hy's conduct and impose consequences for any future misconduct. Hy was guilty of misconduct when he intentionally backed his patrol car into a motorcycle, knocking over the bike and the driver, the attorney general found.  He was discourteous and used excessive force when, while responding to an armed robbery report, he cursed at a 14-year-old suspect, calling him “fat boy,” then shoved him and pushed him against a patrol car.  And he violated the department’s professional standards when he berated then-state Supreme Court Judge Mark Grisanti, whose long-running feud with his North Buffalo neighbors had turned into a street brawl, according to the report. (See: https://ag.ny.gov/sites/default/files/2024-12/755b-findings-r-hy-bpd.pdf) He received a mere lecture and loss of 15 days of vacation time. Hy claims, however, that he’s lost promotions due to his controversial social media channel, and rightfully so.

In September. 2024, Hy posted a 17-minute video about Post 12226 on YouTube. “The VFW is hurting for members so bad that they’re going to prison in order to recruit veterans,” an unshaven Hy yells into the camera. “It’s not hard to be involved in a little bit of controversy when the people in the VFW post in prison are convicted murderers, rapists, and pedos!” Hy showed mug shots of Stewart and other Post 12226 members. He described their crimes. He made fun of the post’s fundraising efforts. “I don’t know how much money they’re fundraising,” Hy says in his video. “We getting an extra bag of Cheetos from the commissary and giving them to kids? … And what community are they outreaching to? They’re literally locked up. Their community is a community of felons, murderers. What are we doing here?” Hy ended with a call to action: “If I happened to be a post commander of a VFW somewhere, I think I would raise hell and say these sycophants don’t represent me, and we don’t want them in our brotherhood.” He included a link for viewers to contact the VFW. The video got more than 250,000 views and 17,000 likes. Over 1,700 YouTube comments piled up. “The only VFW these things should belong to,” one user wrote, “is Veterans For the Woodchipper.” (Source: “Everyone Loved a Colorado Prison’s VFW Post—Until a Popular YouTuber Heard About It” 5280.com, Apr. 2025. https://www.5280.com/everyone-loved-a-colorado-prisons-vfw-post-until-a-popular-youtuber-heard-about-it/)

Unfortunately, this Joe Rogan wannabe succeeded in getting this pilot program shut down. Buffalo PD refuses to properly discipline a rogue cop who bullied a program in another state to help prisoners do even something small to make amends for their past actions. It seems counterintuitive to me. While his last name may be Hy, Richard’s actions are very low.

Pepin Le' Pew: Shady ex-Poway CA councilman Brian Pepin abanons his city to harass a Registrant in FloriDUH

It seems everywhere Brian Pepin goes, he leave controversy in his wake, including after leaving his job as Poway CA city councilman to move across the continent into the festering cesspool of south FloriDUH, leading to controversy over his replacement

As noted in this social media post:

"Pepin became Senior VP of 1892 LLC in Dec 2021. He also has a local political consulting business. That explains Pepin‘s ability to bring in around $100,000 for his campaign to run for D1 council seat, which also began back in 2021. It probably also explains Pepin's adeptness at “dirty tricks” like the hacking of Hiram Soto’s account and changing his profile picture to that of a terrorist, and then using the fake profile pic in campaign flyers."

"Dirty tricks and misinformation are not new for Brian Pepin. In 2020, he signed an FPPC stipulation and was fined $2500 for failing to disclose who paid for a campaign hit piece in 2018. A fine like that might be disheartening to a community activist who doesn’t have the big bucks supplied by special interests, but to Brian Pepin, it is just a slap on the hand, and did not stop him or the Lincoln Club from doing more of the same."

A corrupt politician moving to the most corrupt state in the US? That's par for the course. Pepin Le' Pew is already stinking up his new community by harassing a neighbor.

Brian Pepin, a father of three and former member of the Poway City Council in California, publicly called for stricter sex offender residency restrictions during Tuesday’s St. Johns County Board of Commissioners meeting.

Now a political consultant, Pepin recently moved to St. Augustine with his family and said that a registered sex offender moved directly across the street from their home.

He shared the emotional impact this has had on his family during the public comment period.

“Last week we learned that the guy that moved in across the street was arrested a few years ago for having child porn,” Pepin said. “He’s got a Ring doorbell trained on my house. I’ve got these three young kids.”

Pepin noted that his wife has been deeply affected, saying she has been “crying herself to sleep at night.”

He also expressed frustration with current laws, stating, “There’s nothing that we’ve been able to figure out how to address this.”

He praised deputies from the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office for responding to their concerns but acknowledged that within current legal boundaries, little could be done.

Pepin highlighted differences in sex offender residency restrictions across counties in Florida. In St. Johns County, offenders must live at least 1,000 feet from playgrounds and schools, whereas Duval and Miami-Dade counties have a 2,500-foot requirement.

“That won’t help us but it might be something to look at,” he said...

Texas State Representatives should not let their third-place "trophy wives" suggest bad legislation

Democratic Texas State Representative Eddie Morales was the primary sponsor of a bad piece of legislation--Texas House Bill 1777, which was meant to add a Mark of the Beast to the State ID/Driver's Licenses of Persons Forced to Register. Thankfully, this bill failed. Marking licenses just to cause more harm is something more befitting of Trumpian Republicans.

Rep. Morales admits it was his ditzy partner, Hellen Martinez-Morales, that pushed him to introduce this bad piece of legislation. Hellen fancies herself as some kind of trophy wife, but if she's a trophy wife, she'd be for a third-place finish at best, but more of a participation trophy.

Word of advice, Hellen--stay in your lane and stick to trying to be a "social media influencer," although it is failing, just lie HB 1777 failed.

Failed Joliet IL council treasure troll Jim Lanham deflects accusations of his own personal demons by attacking housing for Registered Persons

It seems that nobody likes Jim Lanhan of Joliet, IL.

People have claimed (with screenshots shown below) that Jim Lanhan made inappropriate remarks to a minor, or worse.

So of course, to help try to take the heat off of his own alleged improprieties, he decided to make it his mission to banish Registered Persons out of his community.

For a few years now, the shithole city of Joliet has tried to shut down housing for Registered Persons, including an attempt by disgraced former mayor Bob O'DeKirk

In an interview with the Garbage Patch, the treasure troll make the following dumb quote:

"It's going to be beautiful," Lanham remarked. "And like I said, this is a good thing, especially considering now there's a movement in our state legislature in the General Assembly to try to lower sex offender distances. These bleeding-heart liberal progressives want to lower the distance to 250 feet. One of their biggest complaints is because Chicago is such an urban overgrowth that it's hard to find compliant housing for sex offenders. Well, have it be a Chicago law.

"In Joliet, they need to stay 500 feet. And let's remember, these guys aren't victims of anything. They're volunteers. They did what they did on purpose. So if they're inconvenienced or their feelings are hurt, I don't care. John (Sheridan) does not care, the residents of Illinois don't care. So if they're inconvenienced, this is too bad."

(PS: Supposedly Lanham is also working in "Private security services" so we could have another Vance Luther Boelter on our hnds)

ADDENDUM: Joliet's resident oompa looma has both threatened to sue me and fight me physically. I say bring it on. It seems he's bigly mad that I posted the controversy surrounding him so it makes me think there it more to this story that meets the eye.

Minnesota State Senator who tried to meet teen for sexual encounter sponsored a bill declaring "Trump Derangement Syndrome" a mental illness

Every Republican accusation is a confession.

Eichorn is known for introducing bad bills based on far-right dog whistles like chemtrail paranoia and transphobia. In 2021 Eichorn objected to a bill requiring Minnesota schools to teach about sexual orientations and gender identities, saying “before you know it, they’ll be reading kids ‘50 Shades of Grey.’ This discussion is better had at a more mature age.”

Minnesota state senator resigns after he was charged with soliciting a minor for prostitution

By  STEVE KARNOWSKI

Updated 2:43 PM CDT, March 20, 2025

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A Republican Minnesota state senator who was caught in a sting operation resigned under fire Thursday after he was charged with soliciting a minor for prostitution, stepping down before the Senate could vote on whether to expel him.

Justin Eichorn, of Grand Rapids, submitted his resignation in a brief email to Gov. Tim Walz, saying: “I must focus on personal matters at this time. It has been an honor to serve in the Minnesota Senate.”

His former colleagues expressed relief.

“Decisive action needed to take place, and we did not want this to cloud up the issues of the budget going forward, and the things that Minnesotans really need,” Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson, of East Grand Forks, told reporters. “So we want to take care of this quickly and be done with this.”

Eichorn, 40, has been jailed since his arrest in Bloomington on Monday in an undercover operation targeting commercial sex involving juveniles.

At Eichorn’s first court appearance Thursday, Magistrate Judge Shannon Elkins ordered his release to a halfway house with GPS monitoring once a space opens up. She ordered him to have no unsupervised contact with minors and only restricted, monitored access to computers and the internet. He did not enter a plea. His next court appearance is set for Wednesday.

Federal defender Aaron Morrison, who represented Eichorn only for the purposes of Thursday’s brief hearing, told the court that Eichorn was still in the process of hiring a private lawyer. Morrison declined to take questions afterward.

The nameplate on Eichorn’s desk in the Senate chamber was removed before Thursday’s floor session. Afterward, Johnson said the charge was “so severe” and the charging documents so “very damning” that his members agreed unanimously that the rare step of expulsion was justified and they were prepared to vote him out.

“This would’ve been a cloud hanging over the Senate. We don’t need another one of those,” he said. “So now we’re able to get back to work.”

Investigators had placed multiple ads online offering sex for money, according to the charging documents. Eichorn exchanged text messages with an undercover officer purporting to be a 17-year-old girl for several days until they arranged a meet-up, where he was arrested.

“I saw your post and (sic) chance you are still available tonight?” one asked, according to an FBI affidavit, while a later message asked, “What’s a guy gota do to get with the hottest girl online tonight.”

After his arrest, officers seized two cellphones, a condom and $129 in cash.

The federal charge is attempted coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in prostitution. Six other suspects were arrested in the sting, prosecutors said. Federal prosecutor LeeAnn Bell declined after Thursday’s hearing to say why federal authorities had taken over the case from the county prosecutor.

According to Eichorn’s profile, which has now been removed from the Senate website, he is married with four children. He listed his profession as entrepreneur and was first elected in 2016. He got some national attention earlier this month as one sponsor of a not-very-serious bill that would have designated “Trump derangement syndrome” as a mental illness.

The governor, who had been among the many Democrats who also called for Eichorn’s resignation, will have to call a special session to fill the empty seat. Until then, Senate Democrats will have a two-seat majority. The northern Minnesota district voted heavily for President Donald Trump in the November election.

Senate Democrats have come under GOP fire for protecting Democratic Sen. Nicole Mitchell, of Woodbury, who was arrested last spring on a felony charge for allegedly burglarizing her estranged stepmother’s home.

Democratic leaders, who have resisted GOP efforts to force her out, say she deserves to have the legal process play out first. Mitchell was absent from Thursday’s floor session where the vote to expel Eichorn would have taken place.

Senate Majority Leader Erin Murphy, of St. Paul, said she was glad that Eichorn resigned, but drew a distinction between his case and Mitchell’s. She said letting him return would have put interns and other Senate employees at risk.

“It is hard to conceive of a way that Mr. Eichorn could have returned to this Capitol to operate in any way other than putting others at risk,” Murphy told reporters. “It is a night and day situation, and they’re not comparable.”

Amber Paige Laudermilk of Houston TX loses her funeral license after she thought it was funny to mutilate the corpse of a Registered Person

This subhuman scum is Amber Paige Laudermilk, who lost her funeral license for thinking it was cute to mutilate the body of a person forced to register. Good luck trying to find a job with that resting bitch face, Amber!

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/texas-embalmer-charged-mutilating-corpse-registered-sex-offender-rcna195816

A Texas woman has been charged with abusing a corpse, accused of using a scalpel to castrate the body of a registered person last month, officials said.

Amber Paige Laudermilk, 34, was employed as an embalmer at Memorial Mortuary & Crematory in Houston when, authorities allege, she mutilated the body of Charles Roy Rodriguez, 58, in February, Harris County Precinct One Constable Alan Rosen said in a statement Monday.

Rodriguez was a registered person and was charged in 2001. He died of natural causes at a Houston hospital in January, the statement said.

Charging documents identify two employees of Memorial Mortuary & Crematory at the scene who witnessed the crime. Authorities said the first witness saw Laudermilk stab Rodriguez twice in the groin in the cremation room before she cut off his penis and placed it in his mouth.

Laudermilk told the first witness, who is an embalming student, "You didn’t see anything," in a manner that the witness "perceived to be as threatening," the documents said.

The second witness arrived shortly afterward and noticed Rodriguez’s groin area was "disfigured." When the person asked Laudermilk what had happened, she responded that the deceased had “a lot going on with him,” the charging documents allege.

A complaint was filed to police on Feb. 19.

“This case is about two troubled people: the victim who was a registered person and the defendant, who is accused of viciously attacking his dead body,” Rosen said. “No matter what one thinks of his life, the law requires that he be treated with dignity in death.”

A spokesperson with Harris County Precinct One told NBC News that Laudermilk turned herself in Tuesday and is in custody at the Harris County Jail. She has not yet posted her $5,000 bond.

Laudermilk and the owners of the funeral home did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Brownshirt Putnam Co FL Sheriff Homer "Gator" DeLoach practices his gestapo tactics by forcing dozens of Registered Persons out of their homes

Homer "Gator" DeLoach is not a stranger to the Shiitake Awards. He "won" (possibly stole) an election by 13 votes while running on a campaign on making lives miserable for Registered Persons in his community. Now he is practicing his Geatapo tactics on them by forcing them out of one of the few places they can legally live. I suspect he'll be called upon when tRump calls upon the mass extermination programs that are likely to come.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Office: ‘Cesspool of sex offenders’ cleared out of local trailer park

February 28, 2025 at 9:38 p.m. UTC

By ActionNewsJax.com News Staff

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — A “cesspool of sex offenders” was cleared out of a Palatka trailer park on Friday afternoon, according to Putnam County Sheriff Gator DeLoach.

On a Facebook Live, DeLoach said more than 22 convicted predators and sex offenders living in the area were cleared out.

The trailer park, located at 3600 Balsam Street, was turned into what DeLoach referred to as a “predator’s paradise.”

23 registered offenders and predators have this location listed as their address, according to Florida’s Sexual Offenders and Predators Search.

According to the sheriff, the trailer park is located in an area where there are often children. There is a volunteer fire department with a youth program and bus stop close by.

“We heard your cries. We heard your screams on social media,” DeLoach said in the Live.

DeLoach said the sheriff’s office believes the trailer park was acquired in December by an “unscrupulous person” who lives outside Putnam County jurisdiction.

There were 14 homes. However, all but three have now been condemned, according to the sheriff.

The sheriff’s office is taking a “holistic approach” to shutting down the park.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has enlisted the help of the PCSO Criminal Investigation Bureau, patrol deputies, sex offender compliance specialists, probation and parole officers, Putnam County Code Enforcement, and the Putnam County Health Department, according to DeLoach.

DeLoach said they will continue to “aggressively” pursue condemning the final three trailers.

The sheriff said no one is allowed inside the homes unless they are doing licensed work.

“Not in Putnam County and over my dead body are we ever going to let Putnam County become a sanctuary for these kinds of individuals,” DeLoach said.

Gaturd DeCockroach is mad because I told his bitch ass the truth by stating his policies lead to clustering and that he and his Gestapo deputies are Nazis. Cry harder, Gaturd!

Dumbassey TN Sen. Massey wants Registered Persons to register where they attend church

I have an idea. If this dumb bill passes, every Registered Person living in Tennessee should registe r their church as Global Vision Bible Church, 1010 Maddox-Simpson Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37090.

Pastor Greg Locke would just love it! LOL

New bill could require sex offenders to report if they’re members of a church, other religious orgs in TN

By Caleb Wethington

Published: Jan. 30, 2025 at 1:12 PM CST

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A new bill introduced in the Tennessee Senate on Thursday would require sexual offenders to report to authorities their membership in a church or another religious organization.

SB 0451, introduced by Sen. Becky Massey (R-Knoxville), is pushing for sex offenders to have to report to authorities if they’re registered members of a Tennessee religious organization.

In turn, the bill would also require the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to provide all public information about an offender to any church, temple, or other religious group or organization in Tennessee where the offender is a member.

“As introduced, requires sexual and violent sexual offenders to disclose the name, address, and phone number of any church, temple, or other religious group or organization in this state where the offender is a registered member; specifies that this information is considered public information; requires the TBI to provide all public information about an offender to any church, temple, or other religious group or organization in this state where the offender is a registered member when an offender registers as a sexual or violent sexual offender or updates a registration,” the bill reads.

Deranged Dictator donOLD tRUMP signs Executive Order suggesting DOJ prosecute teachers who use the wrong pronouns as sex offenders

I told you so. I fucking told you so. Yet, there were people withing the Anti-Registry Movement who thought I was lying, despite it being discussed in Project 2025.

And now it is here. tRump suggests by executive order , in accordance with Poject 2025, that teachers who call children by their preferred pronouns by prosecuted under sexual exploitation laws, a registerable sex offense. All the anti-registry activists thinking tRump would save them from the registry are fools. tRump seeks to expand the registry, not eliminate it.

Feeling stupid yet?

(I usually post a pic but I'm sick of tRump's ugly mug so no pic today.)

Trump Tells DOJ to Prosecute Teachers Who “Unlawfully” Support Trans or Nonbinary Students

The latest executive order also threatens funding for schools that teach about gender and race.

By: Sarah Szilagy & Madison Pauly, 1/29/25

...In the executive order issued Wednesday evening, titled “Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 schooling,” Trump directs the attorney general to work with local and state officials to investigate teachers who “unlawfully facilitat[e] the social transition of a minor student.” The order defines “social transitioning” to include using a trans student’s name and pronouns, recognizing a student as nonbinary, or allowing them to use the restroom that aligns with their gender identity.

The same section of the order suggests that K-12 teachers and school officials who take action to support trans students’ identities be prosecuted under laws banning sexual exploitation of minors and practicing medicine without a license. There are 3.8 million public school teachers in the United States, according to the National Center for Education Statistics....

Republican Oklahoma State Senator Dusty Deevers is obsessed with sex. Maybe we should be checking his computer

Deevers Introduces Slate of Legislation to Restore Moral Sanity in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY — Sen. Dusty Deevers, R-Elgin, announced on Tuesday a bold slate of eight legislative measures aimed at restoring moral sanity in Oklahoma. Together, these bills set a course for pushing back against the moral decay foisted upon Oklahoma by the far-left’s march through our institutions to destroy the moral foundations upon which the United States and Christian Civilization had long rested.

“Sadly, the left’s century-long assault on morality and decency has been so successful that some have come to accept as normal a society that is drowning in hardcore pornography, prenatal homicide, and sexual performances for children. None of this is normal. Each one of these evils is a result of a policy choice to not stand for what we know is right. Opposing these evils does not mean we are extremists. It means we are sane,” Deevers said.

“Contrary to what the left would have us believe, it doesn’t have to be this way. We can and should imagine and move toward a society that celebrates virtue in the public square rather than vice. We can restore normalcy, decency, and morality; we can protect the most vulnerable, restore a high view of marriage, and shield children from explicit material that can warp their innocent minds. We simply must have the courage to stand against the most radical and degenerate elements of the far-left.” ...

SB593 – Increasing Penalties for Child Pornography and Prohibiting Pornography in Oklahoma

SB593 significantly heightens existing zero-to-20-year penalties for the possession, distribution, and production of child sexual assault material to 10-to-30 years. It also includes a provision that any subsequent offense for child sexual assault material results in 15-50 years in prison. “There is perhaps no more psychopathic and antisocial behavior in existence than producing, distributing, or watching child sexual abuse material,” Deevers said. “These people should not be back on our streets after brief stints behind bars. Rather, they should be locked away for decades at a minimum.”

The bill also prohibits pornography in general, providing for criminal penalties of up to 10 years in prison for production, distribution, or possession. It also provides heightened 10-to-30-year criminal penalties for organized pornography trafficking. “Pornography is both degenerate material and a highly addictive drug,” Deevers said. “It ruins marriages, ruins lives, destroys innocence, warps young people’s perception of the opposite sex, turns women into objects, turns men into objects, degrades human dignity, and corrodes the moral fabric of society. Any decent society will stand against this plague with the full weight of the law.”

SB550 – Prohibiting Drag Performances for Children

SB550 would ensure that Oklahoma kids are not subjected to adult cabaret performances including Drag Queen Story Hour. Under the provisions of the bill, the performer would be subject to a prison sentence of one-to-five years, while the organizer of the event would face up to one year behind bars.

“There is perhaps no more glaring and disgusting example of the left’s rejection of morality and decency than their insistence on pushing sexual content onto children in particular. It is ridiculous that this has to be said, but children should not be exposed to adult cabaret performances,” Deevers said. “There should be unceasing righteous indignation that these people are allowed to market and perform their sexual content specifically to and for young kids.”
